I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with you a tracking number (typically within 3-4 days of your purchase). If you do not get a tracking number after 6 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will gladly you provide you with one.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
