Refund Policy

 We strongly encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions BEFORE to making a purchase to make sure items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

Returns

Terms & Conditions

  • We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 15% or more from our full retail price.
  • Products that are opened or used are not returnable under any circumstances.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
  • Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
  • All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Deep Discounted Deals cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods (i.e. food, flowers, newspapers or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, downloadable software products or flammable liquids or gases.
  • All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
  • If you have any questions at all regarding our Returns Policy please reach out directly to us at getsupport@deepdiscounteddeals.co and one of our customer support specialists will help within 1 business day.
  • To initiate your return, take a photo of your unused item and email it to getsupport@deepdiscounteddeals.co. We'll reply with the shipping address for the appropriate return center, and will issue a full refund as soon as the item is received. If your product has been used, it cannot be returned.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as these will not be recognized.
  • If the item is defective or does not match the specifications as purchased, please contact us ASAP with photographs of the item, and we'll take care of you right away.
  • For returned items that are not defective or damaged, customers are responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
  • Defective or damaged items are only eligible for a replacement or store credit only.
  • The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    • For returns that meet the Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy, we will issue an RMA number and you will ship the product back as indicated.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at getsupport@deepdiscounteddeals.co.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any requests to acquire a refund that has not been received will not be approved under any circumstances.
    • Send us an email at getsupport@deepdiscounteddeals.co should you have a defective or damaged item. We will send you a replacement item.
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
    • There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. If applicable, this can include Books, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that have signs of use; or any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
